  1. Data collected during the SERVICE registration process.
    In order for you to be able to use the functionalities of our site, you will have to register by providing your email address. During the registration process we will also ask you to provide a login and a password which you will be using to sign in to our service.
  2. Data collected during the ordering process.
    In order for you to be able to make an ESD order we will ask you to provide the following data: your method of payment, username and email address.
    The payment service provider may also require you to provide additional payment data, i.e. credit card type, credit card number, its expiry date and CVV number.
    In order for us to be able to raise a commercial (VAT) invoice we will ask you to provide the following data: name and surname, company data, address of residence, registered company address or headquarters address, TIN [Taxpayer Identification Number] to our support team via email: 
  3. Data collected automatically.
    During your use of the website there is data concerning your visit that is collected automatically, e.g. your IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. This data is collected via cookie files, more on which you may learn from the section that covers the COOKIE POLICY below.
  4. Data collected when you contact us.
    When you contact us using the website, telephone or email you are providing personal data to us, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address.


Your data will not be sold to third parties.
Data collected in the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of enabling you to log in to our system. The registration is obligatory if you wish to make purchases within our SERVICE. This data may also be used to verify if the person who registers meets the requirements of the ToU and legal regulations.
Data collected during the ordering process will be used for the purpose of carrying out the order including: making of the payment by you, making a game code available to you, and enabling us to contact you and improve the process of carrying out the order. For that purpose your data may be forwarded to a payment service provider. Such provider will use your data solely for that purpose. Providing such data is obligatory if you wish to make a purchase.
If you requested for a commercial (VAT) invoice to be raised during the ordering process, the data collected in order to raise such commercial (VAT) invoice will be used solely for the purpose of its raising and for bookkeeping purposes. Providing such data is obligatory if you wish to receive a commercial (VAT) invoice.
The data collected automatically may be used in the way described by the section that covers the Policy on cookie files.
In case of a breach or infringement of the ToU of our SERVICE, or if the legal regulations so require, the data collected may be disclosed to the judicial authority and/or to an authorized bureau.

Google Remarketing technology enables users who have already visited the website and shown their interest in products or services to see targeted advertising. The advertising will be displayed using cookies (more about cookies may be found further in COOKIE POLICY below). The information generated by a cookie about the use of the website will be transmitted to and stored on Google’s servers. reCaptcha is a service that protects the website from spam and abuse. reCaptcha uses an advanced risk analysis engine and adaptive captchas to keep automated software from engaging activities on the website.

Apart from creating an account in a traditional way, using your email address and a password, the website offers an easier way to register and login. Users may use their existing Facebook account to create a new account and login on our SERVICE. To make it possible, the user must have an account on Facebook. The information gathered during that process will contain user’s information on Facebook with unrestricted privacy settings (i.e. public information). The website uses the Conversion Tracking Pixel service provided by Facebook which allows the SERVICE to follow the actions of users after they have been redirected to the website via Facebook advertisements. It allows to verify accuracy and efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market search purposes. The user’s personal data will not be stored by the SERVICE’s administrator but the collected data may be saved and used by Facebook. Hotjar is a service that analyzes the online behaviour and feedback of the website’s users. Hotjar assists the SERVICE administrator in providing users with better experience and service as well as assists in diagnosing problems and analysing users’ trends. Sift Science service provides a cloud-based, machine learning platform that is used to predict user intent and prevent fraudulent activity in real time. It identifies patterns in data, using custom and global models that leverage both the specific customer’s data and the data provided by all other customers. After you have made an order you may receive emails from us including the transaction details and order confirmation. We may also contact you via phone or email to provide important information on your order or account.


You have the right to review, correct or deny the use of your personal data. Following the receipt of your request, the SERVICE administrator will correct or delete your personal data from the database. We will take all reasonable efforts to fulfill your request of deleting the personal data unless such data needs to be retained according to the binding laws or lawful business purposes.
At all times you may update your data in Gemly by using the link delivered with the post-registration email. If you lose the link you may retrieve it by means of the corresponding form.   1. What is a cookie file?
    For technical reasons that improve the efficiency of using our SERVICE some areas of the website may use cookies, i.e. small text files that are sent to your PC for identification purposes to provide you features in an easy and efficient manner.
