1. GENERAL INFORMATION

WHAT IS GEMLY?

We are a digital distribution platform brought to you by Techland - the company with a 25 year history in developing video games, creators of Dying Light and Call of Juarez, among others. Nice to e-meet you!

On Gemly, we offer exclusive content for Techland and Techland Publishing games, as well as cherry-picked selection of games directly from our partnered developers and publishers.

You can fill a contact form here, contact us via email at support@gemly.com, or give us a shout at Facebook. Pick what is the most convenient option for you :)

 

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

  

HOW DO YOU SECURE MY PAYMENTS AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

To secure your payments, we are processing them by trusted and tested Braintree, a PayPal service. Also, we do not store any of your financial information or credit card details.

 

HOW TO BUY A GAME?

When you have found the game you like, click ADD TO CART button, and go to your cart on the top right corner of the screen. Choose your preferred payment method and click CHECKOUT. Proceed with the instructions on the screen to finish your payment.

Check your email, where you will receive the digital receipt and order confirmation. Remember to keep it!

To redeem your game, simply go to MY COLLECTION in MY ACCOUNT menu and redeem the key to activate the game on an appropriate platform.

 

HOW TO DOWNLOAD A GAME?

All of the purchased games have to be activated and downloaded through the appropriate platform (Steam, GOG.com, etc.). Please follow the instructions provided.

NOTE: Once you redeem your key on MY COLLECTION screen, you won’t be able to apply for a refund!

 

CAN I SHOP AT GEMLY IN MY COUNTRY?

Yes, Gemly is a worldwide platform and you can shop from any country.

Remember, that the price may vary depending on your location, and there may be additional transaction charges.

Gemly is not charging you any extra costs.

Currently, our website is in English only, but our games have numerous language versions. You can check it by going to the overview section of any product page.

 

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept USD, GBP, EUR and PLN. The currencies are based on your location.

You can not change the currency by hand.

 

WILL MY GAMES BE AVAILABLE OFFLINE?

As we don’t have any separate client, this solely depends on your Steam or GOG settings in which you have the option to play offline, if needed.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK MY GAMES?

To manage your collection of games, go to MY GAMES on MY ACCOUNT menu.

 

 

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY ORDER HISTORY?

To check your order history, go to your profile by clicking your user name on the upper right corner of the website, and choose ORDER HISTORY.

 

CAN I GIFT A GAME?

Not at the moment, but we will add this functionality in the future.

 

3. ACCOUNT AND WEBSITE

 

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SHOP AT GEMLY?

Yes - our account is free and super easy to set up :)

To create an account:

  • Click the “person” icon at the top right corner of our website
  • Choose JOIN FOR FREE
  • Fill your email address and type in a password (NOTE: Password must be 8 - 20 characters long, include lowercase and UPPERCASE letters and a numb3r)
  • Verify the Captcha and click JOIN NOW
  • Hooray! Now you will get an activation email with a verification link - please click it to activate your account! (Remember to check your spam folder if you can not see the activation email)

NOTE: Your account name is based on your email address.

 

HOW CAN I ACCESS AND EDIT MY ACCOUNT?

You can easily sign in by clicking the “person” button on the top right of the screen. From now on, you can access your account and all its features there.

To edit your profile, go to SETTINGS - you can change your email and password right there.

 

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT TO DO?

Don’t worry! Go to SIGN IN menu and click “Forgot your password”. You will be asked for your account email, where we will send you a password reset link.

 

HOW TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Contact us via Support form or write a direct email to support@gemly.com.

NOTE: we strongly recommend disabling your account rather than deleting it, so you won’t receive any information from us and your membership will be suspended, but you’ll still have the possibility to revert the process yo access your games and wishlist.

 

HOW CAN I USE MY WISHLIST?

To add a game to your wishlist, click the heart icon near the game title. You can then check your wishlist in your account menu.

Remember to use this feature to easily check updates and promotions on your favourite games.

 

CAN I ADD A REVIEW?

Yes. Just go to any product card and click the WRITE REVIEW button, then fill up the form with your nick, review and the score.

(Please note that we will curate this part of the site to prevent mass reviewing from ghost accounts.)

 

HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE FOR A NEWSLETTER?

Go to the bottom of our website, where you can see our Newsletter section. Fill in your email and click Subscribe. Done! From now on you are up to date with our special offers and promotions. And if you already have an account you can simply subscribe in the settings section of your account.
